Preconception doula session (single session)

Motherhood doesn't begin with a positive test. In one session, on your own or as a couple, we look at where you are right now: how you feel about becoming a mother, what you bring from your own story and what you would like to prepare before pregnancy. You leave with more clarity about your path and with next steps that make sense for you.
