Close support from pregnancy through to the first days with your baby. Your doula provides emotional and physical support, helping you understand what is happening at every stage so you can approach birth feeling calmer and better informed. Includes: - 5 support sessions during pregnancy (1.5 to 2 hours each) - Doula on call between 37 and 42 weeks - Continuous support during labour and birth (in-person) - 1 postnatal home visit
