Throughout your pregnancy, you will receive many documents:

  • Test results;
  • Ultrasounds;
  • Reports;
  • Appointment schedules;
  • And other important information.

Having everything organised from the start will make monitoring your pregnancy much easier, and help you avoid those situations where you need a test and don't know where you put it.

This could be a good time to choose the organisation method that works best for you.

Some families prefer a folder where they keep all their documents in chronological order. Others choose a binder with dividers, organising their tests by trimester or type of appointment. There is no right or wrong way; the important thing is that it is practical and easy to refer to.

If you also like to have everything in a digital format, you can take photos or scan the most important documents and save them in a folder on your phone or computer. This way, they will always be at hand when you need them.
